Getting people into the story and directly involved is a never ending challenge.'The Journeybook' seeks to meet that challenge by using every means possible to take would be readers beyond what is written and right into the heart of real life adventure. The locations for nearly every other chapter in this series is chosen by the audience. They control the landscape that they will be seeing in the photos and videos as well as the places that muse the written works for the "secret blog" entries. In Chapter Five titled "Between Worlds" first person perspective was considered when filming and editing the massive video. Woman"We do not become healers. We came as healers. We are. Some of us are still catching up to what we are.We do not become storytellers. We came as carriers of the stories we and our ancestors actually lived. We are. Some of us are still catching up to what we are.We do not become artists. We came as artists. We are. Some of us are still catching up to what we are.We do not become writers.. dancers.. musicians.. helpers.. peacemakers. We came as such. We are. Some of us are still catching up to what we are.We do not learn to love in this sense. We came as Love. We are Love. Some of us are still catching up to who we truly are.""Simple Prayer for Remembering The Motherlode"~ Clarissa Pinkola EstesContinue

The rebellion of the People against corporate power in America has barely begun and yet the impact is growing daily. The most recent example is the outcry against lean finely textured beef (LFTB), also known as pink slime. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boneless_lean_beef_trimmings Big corporate leaders couldn't figure out what the big deal was...the stuff is safe to eat. The big deal was that Americans didn't want it to be included in what was labeled as fresh beef. USDA-FSIS, the government agency that regulates meat and poultry, had kowtowed to the corporate lobbyists and allowed inclusion of 15% LFTB without listing it on the label. So consumers had been misled both by corporations and the government. But Americans are standing up and not taking it any more. In response to the facts being put forth, Americans voiced their outrage and now two of three plants that one corporation owned have permanently closed.…Continue
